1. Work Order
1.1.
We shall receive online work order.
However, we shall make confirmation with our clients
through further communication and with certain amount of down
payment.
1.2.
In case of cancellation of the work order, the client
shall be obliged to pay us 50% of the total service charge,
which he/she has agreed upon.
2.
Delivery Condition
2.1. Contained
in a Floppy Diskette
2.2. Through
e-mail as an attachment (zip format)
2.3. We will
upload in your web hosting, however, you will have to provide
us your user name and password.
2.4. You agree
to make a back-up copy of all designs you purchase. Ibangla is
not responsible for lost graphics/design after you have
received them in full.
3.
Payment
Policies
We
reserve the right to change prices at any time, unless other
terms have been agreed upon. The client is responsible for all
money owed on the account from the time it was established to
the time that the customer notifies us in writing for a
request for termination of services. The clients have the
options to make financial transactions through Credit Card or
Bank Check.
4.
Lawful Purpose
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The client
shall be responsible for any information or material handed
over to us.
Transmission
of any material in violation of any State or Local regulation
is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to
copyrighted material, material legally judged to be
threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade
secrets.
5.
Cancellation
We
reserve the right to cancel services at any time. All fees
paid in advance before the cancellation will be pro-rated and
will be reimbursed if we institute our right of cancellation.
Any violation of policies, which results in extra costs, will
be billed to the clients.
6.
Disclaimer
We
will not be responsible for any damages your business may
suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or
implied for services we provide. We reserve the right to
revise the policies at any time.
